Press & Media

1. General

All press, media, and content requests related to NXT GEN EVENTS fall under this policy. This includes journalists, influencers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.

2. Accreditation

• Access for press and media requires prior approval
• NXT GEN EVENTS may refuse accreditation without providing a reason
• Accreditation is event-specific and non-transferable

3. Use of name and branding

• Name, logo, and branding may only be used with written permission
• Misleading use or false association is prohibited

4. Photo and video by third parties

• Professional photography and videography require approval from the organization
• Commercial use of images is not allowed without explicit permission
• NXT GEN EVENTS may restrict or stop recording activities

5. Press releases and communication

Only official communication is issued by NXT GEN EVENTS or authorized representatives.

Unauthorized press releases or communication on behalf of the brand are not permitted.

6. Content and social media

During events, attendees may be recorded in photos and videos for promotional purposes.

User-generated content (UGC) featuring NXT GEN EVENTS may be reused for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Embargo and confidentiality

• Concepts, line-ups, locations, and unpublished information are confidential
• Information may only be shared after official release
• Violation may result in revoked access and legal action
