House Rules

These house rules apply to all events organized by NXT GEN EVENTS. By entering the event premises, you agree to these rules.

1. Access and identification

• Entry only with a valid ticket
• Identification may be requested at the entrance
• Minimum age may vary per event
• Access may be denied in case of risk or rule violations

2. Safety and security checks

• Body and bag searches may take place
• Refusing a security check means no entry
• Weapons and dangerous objects are prohibited
• Illegal substances are strictly forbidden

3. Behavior and respect

• Aggression and harassment are not tolerated
• Instructions from staff must be followed at all times
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal

4. Alcohol and substances

• Alcohol only where legally permitted
• Excessive consumption may result in removal
• Possession or use of drugs leads to immediate removal and possible reporting to authorities

5. Denied entry and removal

NXT GEN EVENTS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors without refund in case of misconduct or safety concerns.

6. Photo and video

Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. By entering, you give consent for this use.

If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform us in advance where possible.

7. Property and loss

• The organization is not responsible for loss or theft
• Found items will be handed over to event staff

8. Emergencies and evacuation

In case of emergency, instructions from staff and emergency services must be followed immediately.

9. Queues and capacity

• “Full is full” policy may apply
• Queues must be followed in an orderly manner

10. Other provisions

• Smoking only in designated areas
• Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed
• Rules may be adjusted if necessary for safety reasons
