By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to every agreement between NXT GEN EVENTS and the participant, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Tickets are sold only through official channels or authorized partners.
Tickets are personal and may not be resold without permission.
NXT GEN EVENTS reserves the right to deny access in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
Tickets are generally non-refundable.
In case of cancellation by NXT GEN EVENTS, a suitable solution will be offered such as rescheduling or a refund.

NXT GEN EVENTS is not liable for indirect damage or injury, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Participation in events is entirely at your own risk.
During events, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By participating, you give consent unless you object beforehand.
All content, branding, and concepts of NXT GEN EVENTS are protected and may not be used without permission.
All data processing is subject to the privacy policy of NXT GEN EVENTS.
NXT GEN EVENTS reserves the right to modify these terms. The most recent version is always available on the website.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
